Getting Ready for Iceland & Greenland

I'm hoping to submit my first article to a magazine after I return from this trip. I have seen very few articles in consumer magazines on this part of the world and if I have already done the travel then I won't be asking for money to supplement the trip. I'm hoping that way it will be more likely to be accepted.
